- Handling employee compensation and benefits benchmarking
- Assist in recruitment, payroll, implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
- In charge of job vacancy posting, sourcing, screening, short listing, phone/face to face interview, assessment test, reference checks and prepare employment letter.
- Assist in manpower planning, training and development, staff counseling and performance evaluation.
- Conduct quarterly employee retention program.

- Ensure company HR practice is compliance with labour law and other government regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and personal file into the HR system
- Perform any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
