- Assist the Finance Manager to improved process efficiency using data analysis tools
- Provide support to the administration of the Financial Accounting System.
- Assist manager in analyzing company financial report.
- Prepare statutory accounts and monthly departmental accounts.
- Prepare yearly financial report.
- Preparations of Financial Performance and Variance Analysis Reports.
- Responsible to monitor daily business transaction, account payable and payment functions.
- Update daily report to ensure all transaction and cash collected are tally.
- Analyze account payable and ensure completeness and accuracy of liabilities account
- Contact and follow up with customers regarding to any pending/outstanding payment.
- Creditors' reconciliation
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment collection report.
- Maintain Accounting Practice and monitor the IFCA system.
- Perform other finance task assigned by manager.
